By accessing or using any service or platform provided by ROSE ESSENTIALS, the user acknowledges acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. If the user does not accept these terms, access should be discontinued.

Services provided by ROSE ESSENTIALS are intended for lawful business purposes consistent with the engagement under which they are made available.

Users agree not to use any service in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair its availability or performance.

All software, content, designs, documentation, and materials produced or provided by ROSE ESSENTIALS, including derivative works, remain the intellectual property of ROSE ESSENTIALS or its licensors except as expressly assigned in a written agreement.

No portion of the materials may be reproduced, distributed, or used for purposes outside the scope of the governing engagement without written permission.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials provided to them, for the accuracy of information they submit, and for compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Each party shall treat confidential information disclosed in connection with any engagement with appropriate care and shall not disclose such information except as permitted under the governing agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ROSE ESSENTIALS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of its services.

Aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by the client to ROSE ESSENTIALS for the services giving rise to the claim under the governing engagement.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless ROSE ESSENTIALS, its principals, and personnel from claims arising out of misuse of services, breach of these terms, or violation of applicable law.

ROSE ESSENTIALS may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
